Jevons wants permanent move
Huddersfield Town story posted by Garfield (Admin) on 18/12/2007
On-loan striker, Phil Jevons, has made it clear the he's ready to call time on his Bristol City career and sign a permanent contract with Huddersfield Town.
Jevons will be out of contract at Bristol City in the summer and has fallen out of favour with Robins' manager, Gary Johnson. He hadn't started a league game for them this season prior to going out on loan.
Talking to the Evening Post, Jevons said: "I said when I first came to Huddersfield that I wanted a permanent deal and nothing has changed."
"There is not much more I can say because it is down to the business people at both clubs. But I really hope they get something sorted."
